PIC Can Address your State or Local Special Education Personnel Needs! In this section, you will find products, tools and services for personnel development management, as well as evidence-based strategies for recruiting, developing and supporting new and existing personnel.

As a technical assistance and dissemination project, fully funded by the US DOE, Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) our mission is to identify, disseminate and assist states in implementing evidence-based practices to meet the need for highly or fully qualified special education, early intervention and related services personnel, including paraprofessionals.

This portion of the website provides tools, resources and emerging trends in recruitment and retention strategies for states and their local programs, including preparation programs.
