This six-page document outlines the issues and essential elements of state personnel data management. Based on interviews of five state “models” for developing and implementing the process, it is a resource for state staff interested in creating their own data management process.
Webcast and Power Point Presentation
View the video presentation and follow along with his power point and script, as Mr. Fred DeMay, service provider to the Personnel Improvement Center, presents a 30 minute review of the Center’s work. The presentation includes the types of data needed for states to collect, analyze and report out on, in order to make data-based decisions on policy and practice related to SEA, LEA and IHE programs for special education-related personnel.
